From the earliest concept to the first day you use your new systems, we are there to guide you.
How We Work
Discovery and Planning
We research your organization's needs and expected outcomes, develop a conceptual design and refine it into a clear technical scope of work. We find the best technologies for your project and work with other specialists to build out your complex system.
Design
We then articulate the design to detailed technical specifications and a comprehensive drawing set. Working with you and the rest of the design team, we coordinate with other disciplines to design an AV system that integrates into the architecture and building systems. We articulate all the details of the installation to make procurement and installation smooth and painless.
Procurement
We work to integrate the technical specifications and plans for the AV system into your overall construction package, or if your AV system is tendered separately, we help you pre-qualify contractors, invite them to propose solutions, and evaluate the bids.
Execution
As your contractor begins to install the AV systems you've purchased, we review their work and act as a facilitator between the AV contractor, your technical staff, and the design team.
